How does the process work?

Realtors, that help buyers, get paid a commission from the sellers based on the sales price of the home. As we all know, home prices have skyrocketed over the last 10 years, which means that buyers’ agents have been making more money on the commissions. We believe that commissions per sale is getting too high and we want to give some back to our buyers to help them purchase a home.

We are offering to give back 10% of our commission (some exceptions apply) to you, the buyer, to use at closing. This money can be used for closing costs, interest rate buydown, moving expenses, home warranties, seller negotiations and other items that your lender approves. We totally understand that buying a home is extremely expensive, so we want to do our part to help lessen the cost to you.

Here is an example of how much you can get. Keep in mind that sellers aren’t offering the same commission on every property. These figures are based on a 3% commission. Some exceptions apply.
